Sunshine Dust Two Ways | Golden Milk and Golden Oats

Meet Sunshine Dust.

We don’t like to pick favorites, but we definitely have a thing for turmeric and always have. Our flagship tisane, Cup of Sunshine was developed in 2012 as a way to get more turmeric into more hands.

Our newest creation Sunshine Dust is the sexiest way to get this life-changing root into your beautiful body. This powdery blend of organic ginger, turmeric, lemongrass and malabar peppercorns will have you floating on Sunshine Dust daydreams all day long.

Sunshine Dust has a lot uses. The first is the frothiest, best darn golden milk you've ever had. Below we're sharing our secret ways to whip this up. Literally like in a blender (if you wanna really bring the froth).

Golden Oats. A combination of overnight oats and flax and Sunshine Dust. This is our new go-to on-the-go or at home breakfast. Or snack.

Sunshine Dust Golden Milk

Sunshine Dust Golden Milk

Makes: 1 cup

Takes: 3 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 3 grams of Sunshine Dust (approximately 1 heaping teaspoon)
  • splash warm water
  • 10 ounces warmed milk (dairy or unsweetened plant)
  • honey (or preferred sweetener)

In the bottom of your mug combine the Sunshine Dust with the water and stir to make a thick paste. Add in the warmed milk and honey and stir until well-combined.

Alternatively, you can combine all of the ingredients (sans water) in a blender and blend until smooth and frothy.
