How To Cold Brew Tea
Cold brewing is the simplest, most foolproof way to enjoy any of our teas iced.
This is our HOW TO COLD BREW guide.
(in just five easy steps)
COMBINE. In a glass container one ounce of tea and with one liter of cold, filtered water.
Tip! Crush the tea a little bit with your hands. This will release its natural oils and aromas to make the best tasting cup of tea.
COVER. The container with a top or lid, give it a little shake and place it in the refrigerator or cool, shaded area.
WAIT. For six (6!) hours. Waiting is the hardest part. Waiting is so hard. We hate waiting too.
STRAIN. Using a fine mesh sieve or cheesecloth, strain the brewed tea and discard the tea remains.
DILUTE. Pour the cold brew tea concentrate over ice and dilute it with water to your desired liking.
