Golden Ticket, a golden sour ale meant for celebration, will be is available for pickup at 4 Hands Brewery! Our friends at 4 Hands selected a bright, fruity sour ale that had matured for over a year in our barrel cellar and infused fresh turmeric and rose pedals during a cold steep in stainless to add a spicy, floral complexity to a base beer that features a moderate level of tartness with just a touch of funk provided by house-mixed culture of lactobacillus, pediococcus and brettanomyces.
Pair this sour with: Creamy/Funky Cheese, Peach Cobbler, Charcuterie, Joy & Hope.
