Switchgrass 75
- 1 1/2 oz Switchgrass apple brandy
- 1 oz Big Heart Tea Sunshine Dust syrup
- 2 dashes orange bitters
- Champagne
To make Sunshine Dust syrup, bring 1 cup of honey and 1 cup of water to a boil. Whisk in 1 1/4 tsp Big Heart Tea Sunshine Dust and cut the heat. Set aside until cool then transfer to a bottle and store in the fridge.
Shake Switchgrass apple brandy, Sunshine Dust syrup, and orange bitters with ice. Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice, top with champagne, and stir. Twist a lemon peel over the drink, run the rind around the rim of the glass, and drop the peel into the drink.
