Robyn's notes

Robyn Niesmann
Robyn says, "The Cup of Sunshine Rum Toddy has nursed me through the worst of some colds: its warming ginger calms the stomach, honey and lemon soothe the throat, and the rum helps you drift off to sleep. But this summer, I discovered it works as an iced drink as well; sip it on your porch and count the lightning bugs while you reminisce about the good old pre-COVID days..."

Why drink turmeric tea when I'm sick?

organic whole dried turmeric

Turmeric's bright orange-gold health benefits range from being anti-inflammatory, aiding digestion, boosting immunity with its antioxidants, and more. Combined with peppercorn’s active ingredient piperine, turmeric’s curcumin can do wonders for the body. Consuming turmeric two to three times a day can help you heal faster!
