Why drink turmeric tea when I'm sick?
Turmeric's bright orange-gold health benefits range from being anti-inflammatory, aiding digestion, boosting immunity with its antioxidants, and more. Combined with peppercorn’s active ingredient piperine, turmeric’s curcumin can do wonders for the body. Consuming turmeric two to three times a day can help you heal faster!

Ingredients:
- 1 cup brewed Cup of Sunshine tea
- 1.5 ounces (1 shot) dark rum
- 2 slices fresh lemon
- honey to taste
Steps:
Combine hot in a cup for a cozy nightcap or under-the-weather pick-me-up.

Cool tea after brewing, add ingredients, then ice!
