Here are our recipes for Golden Milk and Golden Oats.
Sunshine Dust Golden Milk1 cup
Takes: 3 minutes
• 3 grams Sunshine Dust (approx. 1 heaping teaspoon)
• splash warm water
• 10 ounces warmed milk (dairy or unsweetened plant)
• honey to taste (or preferred sweetener)
This first recipe we're sharing is the frothiest, best-darn golden milk latte you've ever had at home. And we're sharing our secret ways to whip it up. Literally like in a blender (if you wanna really bring the froth).
In the bottom of your mug, combine Sunshine Dust with the water and whisk into a thick golden milk paste. Add the warmed milk and honey, and stir or whisk until well-combined.
Alternatively, you can combine all of the ingredients (sans water) in a blender and blend until smooth and frothy. Just try to sprinkle the Sunshine Dust in, so that it doesn't clump!
Sunshine Dust Golden Oats
Makes: 4 cups
• 2 cups rolled oats (not quick oats)
• 4 cups milk (dairy or plant)
• 1 tablespoon Sunshine Dust
• 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
• 2 tablespoons ground flax seed
• 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
• honey or maple syrup for drizzling
• sliced bananas (or whatever!)
Combine all of the ingredients except the bananas and whisk until well-combined. Cover and refrigerate overnight. For oats on-the-go, divide into single-serving containers before you refrigerate!
Serve cold or warmed with a drizzle of honey and bananas on top. Voila. Golden milk overnight oats.
