Since 2014, South St. Louis fav The Mud House has crafted Cup of Love their stellar invention the “Rosie Arnold Palmer.” Head Barista Ryan was kind enough to share his recipe with us, and we just had to share it with you!
-
50 grams / 10 tsp Cup of Love loose leaf, certified organic tulsi and rose tea
-
3 liters / 12.75 cups cold water
-
lemonade of choice
-
optional zing!
-
ice
-
seltzer
-
vodka or sweet rosé
-
rose syrup
-
fresh lemon and rose petals to garnish
-
Combine Cup of Love with water in a container, and let it steep cold for at least 3 hours.
Then, pour equal parts cold-brewed Cup of Love and lemonade in your favorite glass.
That's it. It's that amazing AND that simple.
Over ice? Sure. Spiked? Have at it!
Pro tip: If you want a fuller rose flavor and a little extra sweetness, add rose syrup. You can make it, completely fresh and natural, with Cup of Love! It’s mega easy.
Just pour a 1:1 ratio of sugar to a strong brew of Cup of Love in a sauce pan. Bring it to a boil, stirring until the sugar dissolves, and then let it cool.
